Decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process. this Mexican coffee is a blend from smallholder farmers in the Chiapas region. We roast this coffee to a medium level in order to bring out the sweetness with a hint of fruit on the back end. The end result is suprisingly full bodied and smooth with a lip smacking black cherry finish. The perfect decaf for those who are looking for a smoother, milder cup which can be drank throughout the day. We recommend brewing this coffee as a cafetiere or filter.
