Brazil coffees make the base of this espresso blend and provide a dark chocolate sweetness and a nutty finish. To give this coffee a full body we add India Plantation A in order to enhance the crema. Named after the Italian word for ‘rose’, representing the symbol of the great counties of Lancashire and Yorkshire where our outlets reside, this blend was the result of a moment of fortuity in our Blackburn warehouse. Ideal for flat whites and lattes and can provide a great canvas for latte art.
