Grown on a small farm in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua by Byron Ocon who inherited the farm from his grandfather. They specialise in growing the famous Maragogype 'Elephant Bean' and it's relatives. This particular microlot is a cross between Maragogype and Caturra which provides a good yield and excellent cup quality. Perfect for all brewing methods, there are notes of plum, dark chocolate and grapefruit that are perfectly balanced to create a smooth and moreish cup.
