Description

For a long time we have stocked the Yellow Catuai grown on the Fazenda Rio Verde in Mantiqueira and we have now decided to expand our range to also include their Yellow Bourbon. More complex than the Yellow Catuai, it exhibits soft notes of cocoa, caramel and hazelnuts with a light citrus acidity. The ideal single origin espresso, particularly suited to making Flat Whites and Lattes. Also suitable for cafetiere and pour over brewing as an interesting after dinner alternative to our Blue Sumatra.

Winner of a two star Great Taste Award in 2018 in the Espresso Category. The judges said:
