Shipping & Handling

We deliver within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales). Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands may incur an extra Delivery Charge. Please contact us for more information by telephone on 01200 442270 or email us at info@exchangecoffee.co.uk

Orders for less than £60.00 will be delivered for £3.95 on a 2 Day Delivery Service. Orders of £60.00 or over will be delivered free of charge on a 2 Day Delivery Service.

If you are located abroad or in a remote mainland area then this may take longer. If we should incur any delays for any reason, then we will contact you.

Payment Method

If you do not have an account with us then you can pay using our secure credit card facility powered by Sage Pay, we accept the following cards: Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro or Solo Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the goods. Requests by a Customer for cancellation or amendment of any order or for the rescheduling of delivery will only be considered by the Company in writing and shall be subject to the written acceptance of the Company or if cancelled or rescheduled at the request of the customer, then the customer shall idemnify the Company against all loss costs (including the cost of labour and overheads incurred), damages, charges and expenses arising out of the order and cancellation. 

Back Orders

If any of items you order are not in stock, you will be contacted. You then have the option to have the product placed on back order, to choose another product or to cancel your order.

Tax Charges

All orders made from the UK are subject to the prevailing rate of VAT on all vatable items. Please note that Tea and Coffee is 0% rated.

Returns Policy

The buyer must return all unwanted goods within 14 days of the delivery date. The buyer shall pay the cost of returning the goods. If the company receives a valid reason for the return of goods, then the Company will credit the Buyer for cost of returning the goods.
